Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Time We ship internationally from our fulfilment partners. Estimated delivery times are 7-14  business days after dispatch. Please note delivery times may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays outside our control.

Tracking Once your order has shipped you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status at any time.

Shipping Costs We offer free shipping on all orders.

Lost or Delayed Orders If your order hasn't arrived within 35 days of your order date, contact us at help.vyral@gmail.com and we'll resolve it immediately with a replacement or full refund.

Customs and Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are outside our control.
